Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese medical practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to balance energy flow (qi), relieve pain, treat diseases, and promote overall health, based on principles of yin-yang and meridians.
An carries a lineage of healing in her blood. Of Vietnamese origin, she is the daughter of pioneers — her parents founded France’s first holistic medicine center fifty years ago, planting a seed that would shape generations. Her father, an acupuncturist and meditation teacher, and her mother, a humanitarian physician, raised her at the crossroads of ancient wisdom and devoted service. For the past fifteen years, An has walked her own path along that same lineage — as a meditation teacher, a Five Element acupuncturist, and a facilitator of social meditation. Drawing on Thomas Hübl’s work, her practice weaves together the transpersonal and the collective, tending to the wounds we carry alone and the ones we carry together. She is developing Revellion — a gathering space weaving somatic practice, meditation, talking circles, and systemic constellations into a bridge between inner work and collective transformation. An teaches and facilitates retreats internationally.
