In January 2011, I was standing at a window in Cape Town with my phone in my hand, closer to the edge than anyone around me knew. A call came in from someone I barely recognised — asking if anyone wanted to hear about something called HeartMath. I almost didn't pick up. Two weeks of daily practice later, I ran into my ex-fiancée unexpectedly. She wasn't alone. I had seconds to compose myself. And I was fine. Not numb — fine. The fog had lifted. I called the man who'd told me about HeartMath immediately. "When are we bringing this to South Africa?" Since 2012 I've been the co-founder and director of HeartMath South Africa. The work I do falls into 3 areas: I train and mentor HeartMath coaches. I work with individuals who are at a crossroads — capable, self-aware people whose inner life isn't keeping pace with their outer one, or who've sensed for a while that something needs to shift but haven't yet found the right language for it. And I deliver HeartMind Leadership.

An carries a lineage of healing in her blood. Of Vietnamese origin, she is the daughter of pioneers — her parents founded France’s first holistic medicine center fifty years ago, planting a seed that would shape generations. Her father, an acupuncturist and meditation teacher, and her mother, a humanitarian physician, raised her at the crossroads of ancient wisdom and devoted service. For the past fifteen years, An has walked her own path along that same lineage — as a meditation teacher, a Five Element acupuncturist, and a facilitator of social meditation. Drawing on Thomas Hübl’s work, her practice weaves together the transpersonal and the collective, tending to the wounds we carry alone and the ones we carry together. She is developing Revellion — a gathering space weaving somatic practice, meditation, talking circles, and systemic constellations into a bridge between inner work and collective transformation. An teaches and facilitates retreats internationally.

My journey into wellness began through my own experience of burnout and realizing that a life can look “successful” on the outside while feeling deeply misaligned on the inside. After nearly two decades in corporate communications and PR, I began questioning the version of success I had been chasing and what it would look like to build a life rooted in more peace, presence, fulfillment, and truth. Today, I’m a transformational coach, trauma-informed somatic and breathwork practitioner, and former corporate leader supporting women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves for a life that only looks good on paper. My practice blends mindset coaching, nervous system support, breathwork, intuitive guidance, and deep self-inquiry to help women reconnect with themselves and redefine success from the inside out. I also weave in storytelling, symbolism, and the heroine’s journey as mirrors for women reclaiming their voice, power, and sense of possibility.

Hi, I’m Bre. I help professionals reduce stress, reconnect with themselves, and build practical tools for creating more calm, clarity, and confidence in their daily lives. My passion for wellness and mindfulness comes from understanding how easy it is to keep performing, producing, and pushing while feeling overwhelmed internally. My work blends mindset work, EFT tapping, hypnosis, meditation, Pilates, and self love rituals in a grounded, approachable way. This isn't about forcing positivity or adding another thing to an already full plate. It's about helping people pause, regulate their nervous system, shift unhelpful patterns, and return to their work and life with more presence and intention. My approach is supportive for professionals who look successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected internally. The goal is simple: help people feel better, think clearer, and create a healthier relationship with rest, self care, and sustainable success.

Hi, I'm Brenda Founder of Reset-60 | Weight Loss & Habit Coach for Women Over 50. I help women over 50 break the cycle of losing and regaining the same 30 pounds without relying on extreme diets or willpower so they can stop starting over. If you're on a GLP-1 and have lost weight, good for you! Now build the nutrition, habits and mindset to keep it off. Though GLP-1s work to help you lose weight, they don't teach you a different mindset or new habits. Reset-60 does that. Choose to lose weight without medication? Great. Reset-60 is for you too. Smart Nutrition◾️Simple Habits◾️Real Results. I have a Master of Science in Nutrition, a background as a Registered Dietitian, and certification in habit change. I created Reset-60 specifically to help women over 50 approach weight loss differently with smart nutrition, realistic habits and the skills to maintain their results.

My journey into wellness began through movement. I started teaching Pilates in 2012 and became fascinated by the connection between the body, mind, and emotions. That curiosity led me to become a licensed psychotherapist, integrating mindfulness, somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychedelic integration therapy into my work. I take an integrative approach, helping clients better understand the patterns, relationships, and experiences that influence their thoughts, emotions, and choices. I believe growth comes through self-awareness, meaningful connection, and learning to listen to both the body and mind. As a therapist, Pilates instructor, and Reiki Master Teacher, I bring a unique blend of perspectives to support healing, personal growth, and living in alignment with one's values.

I’m Danie, a Spinal Flow practitioner in Playa del Carmen, former firefighter of 21 years, CrossFit gym owner, CrossFit Games athlete, and national level Australian football player. For years I was praised for pushing through pain, exhaustion, injuries, and stress. Strength looked admirable, but beneath it my nervous system carried trauma, hypervigilance, poor sleep, and survival patterns. My passion for healing came from witnessing suffering up close and searching beyond conventional answers. I explored movement, nutrition, mindset, and alternative approaches trying to understand why people survive, yet never truly feel well. I know what it’s like to feel lost in healing and appear strong while struggling silently. Today I help people experiencing burnout, chronic stress, tension, and disconnection reconnect with their body’s innate ability to heal. I believe healing is returning to who you were before survival took over.

My path into wellness began with a deep reverence for the body’s natural ability to heal when given the right support. Since 2019, I have been practicing Panchakarma, holding space for cleansing, renewal, and reconnection through the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda. In 2024, I expanded into Myofascial Release, allowing me to work more directly with the layers of tension, emotion, and stress often held within the body. I see healing as more than symptom relief it is a return to balance, presence, and feeling at home within yourself. What makes my approach unique is the way I blend ancient practices with compassionate touch, intuition, and deeply personalized care. Each session is an invitation to soften, restore, and remember the vitality that already lives within you.

I’m deeply passionate about understanding what shapes the way we experience ourselves; from the patterns held within the body & nervous system to the emotional, psychological & energetic layers beneath them. My work is guided by a curiosity about what helps us move beyond simply functioning, & toward feeling more connected, embodied & fully present in our lives. With foundational studies in neuroscience and psychology at U of T, I became fascinated by human behaviour, consciousness, and the ways our physiology & experiences shape how we think, feel & respond to the world around us. My path then took me into nearly a decade of working within global corporate environments, including leadership and people-focused roles. I became familiar with the language of performance, resilience & success. That chapter also brought something important into focus: what allows us to function is not always the same as what allows us to truly feel well.
