A Course in Miracles
A Course in Miracles (ACIM) is a complete self-study spiritual thought system and three-volume curriculum (Text, Workbook for Students with 365 daily lessons, and Manual for Teachers). It teaches that the way to universal love, peace, and remembering oneness with God/Love is by undoing guilt through forgiving others. The "miracle" is a shift in perception from fear to love. It is presented as one version of a universal curriculum and is non-sectarian/non-denominational, despite using some Christian terminology. Core summary: “Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God.”
Access Consciousness Bars®
Access Consciousness Bars® is a hands-on energy healing modality that involves gently touching 32 specific points on the head to release electromagnetic charges related to thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and considerations, facilitating greater ease, awareness, and possibilities in life.
Acro Yoga
AcroYoga is a collaborative movement practice that weaves together yoga, acrobatics, and therapeutic healing arts. Practiced with one or more partners, it combines strength, balance, trust, and connection through shared movement. AcroYoga is typically organized around three roles: the Base, who provides support and stability; the Flyer, who is lifted or balanced; and the Spotter, who helps ensure safety and clear communication. The practice encompasses two complementary branches: Solar AcroYoga, which is dynamic, playful, and strength-oriented, and Lunar AcroYoga, which focuses on restorative partner stretches, healing touch, and relaxation.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese medical practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to balance energy flow (qi), relieve pain, treat diseases, and promote overall health, based on principles of yin-yang and meridians.

In January 2011, I was standing at a window in Cape Town with my phone in my hand, closer to the edge than anyone around me knew. A call came in from someone I barely recognised — asking if anyone wanted to hear about something called HeartMath. I almost didn't pick up. Two weeks of daily practice later, I ran into my ex-fiancée unexpectedly. She wasn't alone. I had seconds to compose myself. And I was fine. Not numb — fine. The fog had lifted. I called the man who'd told me about HeartMath immediately. "When are we bringing this to South Africa?" Since 2012 I've been the co-founder and director of HeartMath South Africa. The work I do falls into 3 areas: I train and mentor HeartMath coaches. I work with individuals who are at a crossroads — capable, self-aware people whose inner life isn't keeping pace with their outer one, or who've sensed for a while that something needs to shift but haven't yet found the right language for it. And I deliver HeartMind Leadership.
An-Phuong Nguyen
An-Phuong Nguyen
An carries a lineage of healing in her blood. Of Vietnamese origin, she is the daughter of pioneers — her parents founded France’s first holistic medicine center fifty years ago, planting a seed that would shape generations. Her father, an acupuncturist and meditation teacher, and her mother, a humanitarian physician, raised her at the crossroads of ancient wisdom and devoted service. For the past fifteen years, An has walked her own path along that same lineage — as a meditation teacher, a Five Element acupuncturist, and a facilitator of social meditation. Drawing on Thomas Hübl’s work, her practice weaves together the transpersonal and the collective, tending to the wounds we carry alone and the ones we carry together. She is developing Revellion — a gathering space weaving somatic practice, meditation, talking circles, and systemic constellations into a bridge between inner work and collective transformation. An teaches and facilitates retreats internationally.

My journey into wellness began through my own experience of burnout and realizing that a life can look “successful” on the outside while feeling deeply misaligned on the inside. After nearly two decades in corporate communications and PR, I began questioning the version of success I had been chasing and what it would look like to build a life rooted in more peace, presence, fulfillment, and truth. Today, I’m a transformational coach, trauma-informed somatic and breathwork practitioner, and former corporate leader supporting women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves for a life that only looks good on paper. My practice blends mindset coaching, nervous system support, breathwork, intuitive guidance, and deep self-inquiry to help women reconnect with themselves and redefine success from the inside out. I also weave in storytelling, symbolism, and the heroine’s journey as mirrors for women reclaiming their voice, power, and sense of possibility.
Bre Johnson
Bre Johnson
Hi, I’m Bre. I help professionals reduce stress, reconnect with themselves, and build practical tools for creating more calm, clarity, and confidence in their daily lives. My passion for wellness and mindfulness comes from understanding how easy it is to keep performing, producing, and pushing while feeling overwhelmed internally. My work blends mindset work, EFT tapping, hypnosis, meditation, Pilates, and self love rituals in a grounded, approachable way. This isn't about forcing positivity or adding another thing to an already full plate. It's about helping people pause, regulate their nervous system, shift unhelpful patterns, and return to their work and life with more presence and intention. My approach is supportive for professionals who look successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected internally. The goal is simple: help people feel better, think clearer, and create a healthier relationship with rest, self care, and sustainable success.
