Hi there 👋 In 2016 I went to the Costa Rican jungle and completed a 26 day water only fast. I was there to find a solution to some on going gut health issues, which I received, but what followed was a lot more than I bargained for... After I returned back to the UK, I started getting flooded with information regarding other people's internal states. I began seeing pain and where it was based in the body, what shape it was, how it was informing their identity and reality. I also began seeing energy, the infinite and ever present nature and information within people as well as what it was doing, where it was busy and where it was locked in a dance with pain. I did not know what to do with this information and just started telling people what I saw and naturally freaked everyone out. 9 years later I have developed what I see into a practice. I now support people all over the world and in person to overcome their pain that they are ready to move through & I also run fasting retreats.
