Ayahuasca is a traditional plant medicine originating from the Indigenous cultures of the Amazon Basin. Prepared from a combination of sacred plants, it has been used for generations in ceremonial and healing contexts to support self-exploration, spiritual insight, emotional processing, and connection with nature, community, and the unseen dimensions of life. Ayahuasca ceremonies are typically guided by experienced facilitators or Indigenous healers and are approached with reverence, intention, and respect for the traditions from which they originate.
Lynn is a certified psychedelic integration coach and former EMT with wildland firefighting operations. Her background in emergency response and harm reduction gives her a grounded, practical presence in crisis and non-ordinary states. Through her work as a facilitator across ayahuasca centers in Peru, she has seen firsthand what happens when people leave ceremony without support. It was through these experiences that WholeSoul took shape. She is trained as a coach through Being True To You, holds a 200-hour yoga teacher certification with further study at the Bihar School of Yoga, and is currently an honors psychology student at Oregon State University with a focus on trauma-informed care. Yoga and plant medicine remain a living part of her own path.
