"Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom"

I have faced significant health issues, including kidney, chronic blood cancer, and a couple of strokes. Experiencing drastic and scary body betrayals like these often cause me to ask deeper questions about my purpose, Who am I beyond my jobs, body and circumstance. I have found a lot of healing through my art, being in nature, ceremony and intuition. All of these practices, encourage myself for self-awareness instead of looking for answers outside of myself.
